Troy awards more than $7 million in bids for aquatic center

The plaza at the busy intersection of Delaware Avenue and Southern Boulevard is getting new tenants and upgrades.

The site has easy access to Interstate 90 and more than 1,500 feet of frontage along the highway.

It’s the latest purchase for a real estate investment group that now owns and manages 16 properties in Saratoga County.
