Owner of Albany retail plaza working to reenergize the property

It’s the latest purchase for a real estate investment group that now owns and manages 16 properties in Saratoga County.

“[The project] is for profit, but it’s more about doing something with this property that would be for the betterment of Lake George,” said Gross, the owner the region’s largest electrical contracting firm.

The project includes an eight-lane swimming pool, splash pad, lounge area, locker rooms and bathrooms at Knickerbacker Park.
