Troy awards more than $7 million in bids for aquatic center

The collection of apartments and townhomes is among the largest residential rental communities in the region.

It’s the latest purchase for a real estate investment group that now owns and manages 16 properties in Saratoga County.

The site has easy access to Interstate 90 and more than 1,500 feet of frontage along the highway.
